
Q. Do I have to use/own essential oils to participate in this program?
A. No. The program is for ANYONE, with or without oils.
Q. How do I access all of the lessons?
A. Each week, I will release the content for the week. I know you are excited to jump in; however, I have found that a slower pace allows for integrating habits and concepts. I recommend that you set a reminder on your phone so that you can come back here daily to take a look at the new lesson. Or better yet, sign up for the optional daily texts to inspire your journey further
Q. How much time will this take out of my day?
A. Each lesson will suggest making small daily shifts in your life. Some days will take a few minutes; some will require more time. If a little more time is needed than you have on a specific day, save it for another day, but to receive the maximum benefit from this program, be sure to complete it within the 28 days and without building up a backlog of more than a day or two.
It is also recommended that you spend 5-10 minutes each day completing a minor assignment in your workbook corresponding to each day's task.
Q. Will the recipes during the program be suitable for all diet types?
A. I am not a doctor or dietician and would encourage you to consult with your specialist before starting this or any other program. I am not giving dietary advice, nor am I advocating any diet or restrictions. If applicable, I have given you options to be able to prepare your meals while avoiding common foods that tend to cause inflammation. My personal preference is for Intuitive Eating, so I recommend working within your dietary needs/choices, which your healthcare team has approved.
